Dog drawing step by step

I found this really cute dog drawing on DeviantArt, here's a link: [link]

This drawing isn't mine but I was really inspired by it and I really like the idea and the way this person drew his dog, this is just a simple drawing I did so I hope you like it.

I used a black and white drawing and with the help of my marker and some lightening with a white paintbrush and it was a lot of fun.

As you can see, this is a step by step tutorial so make sure to see how everything is done. I will link you the source image I used.

Here is the first part of the drawing.

I didn't add the white outlines of the eyes because this is a part of the drawing and you shouldn't draw that part with any white outline.

Here is the second part of the drawing, I added a white line to the nose to make it easier to see it.

I also added a little shadow to the face with the pen tool so you can see it more easily.

And this is the third part of the drawing.

Now, I added a little white shadow on the ears to make them look more "realistic" (at least that is what I think).

So this is how the drawing looks like after finishing all the three parts.

I hope you like it, and I wish you good luck on your learning process with drawing/painting and I hope you have a nice day :)

This drawing is part of a tutorial I'm going to post for sure, make sure you don't miss the next step because there is much more to show.

Hope you all had a good weekend, I hope it was as relaxing as it should have been :)

This is an illustration I'm going to share with you, because I think it's a really cool concept.

In this example, I'll be showing you how you can draw this character and I'll also be teaching you how to paint in illustrator.

For those of you who are wondering, "Well, how is he holding the pipe?" That is just some kind of "artistic" way to highlight the idea that he is smoking, and there is no reason for that and to be honest, that was one of the hardest things to understand for me to paint, but I'm glad I finally got to it. :)

I'm going to show you the process of making this drawing, so you can follow it, even if you don't know the basics of how to make a character like this (that is, I'm teaching you all the drawing basics that you have to know in order to draw like that, but the process of coloring/paint is different for every person). I'm going to be drawing the basics of the figure, the anatomy.

If you're following me, then you already have some knowledge of the techniques I'm going to show you, but if you're watching this and you don't have that knowledge then you're going to be able to figure it out after watching this tutorial because I'm just going to teach you everything you have to know in order to draw like that.

This tutorial will also be divided into the sections of anatomy and the section of "color". I'll be going over how to draw basic shapes, which will include the basics of how to draw a circle, how to draw a sphere, lines, squares, cubes and rectangles, how to make basic guidelines and how to draw an "idea" line, how to put colors and a lot more.

I hope you enjoy it! :)

See you next time.
